Prositions, Inc., a career coaching and consulting firm, announced today that it is sponsoring the Warrior Challenge and 5K Walk/Run event, hosted by the University of Iowa Veterans Association. The Warrior Challenge event will begin at 8:00 am on March 31, 2012, at Hawkeye Recreational Fields in Iowa City, IA.

The Warrior Challenge will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, which strives to raise awareness, and enlist the public’s aid for injured military veterans and their families. The event is open to the public, and everyone is encouraged to participate.

“We are committed to helping veterans, and the Warrior Challenge provides us with another great opportunity to show our continued support. This event complements our ProVeteran Career Program, which provides the latest job placement tools, technology, and access to career coaches at no cost to the veteran or their families,” said Craig Robbins, Manager of Veterans Programs, Prositions, Inc.

“We are very proud to support this event and the ProVeteran program. Our veterans have given so much to us, and it feels good to be able to give something back,” said Robin Salsberry, President, Prositions. Inc.

The fundraiser is an inaugural event for the University of Iowa Veterans Association and will allow the organization to expand its reach and services to assist veterans.
